  • Made from high-quality stainless steel wires for durability and versatility.
  • Nickel free wire options available upon request.
  • Customize colors of your choice. Color pigment may vary from picture. 
  • Crafted from durable hard acrylic.
  • Blue and Pink wire add on, is acrylic color added to stainless steel wire.
  • Extra putty is advised, if your impressions do not pass you will have to pay for extra putty and shipping again. 

Please allow 12 to 14 business days for processing after we receive your impressions.

To help us create a retainer that closely matches your previous one, please let us know if you've had a retainer before. If it was a plastic one, we do not need to know. 

Please refrain from inquiring through email regarding the status of your impressions. Any necessary updates will be provided.

Avoid repeated calls or emails regarding the shipping status of your appliance. Updates on shipping will be provided when it is time to send out your order.

What Happens if the Guard or Retainer Does Not Fit?

While it's very rare, but it does happen. Remember your impression is the foundation of your appliance. A good impression leads to a better fit. For free adjustments, email us info@teethretaindesigns.com. We will adjust your guard or retainer and remake it for free. 

Please keep in mind, this appliance is to maintain the present placement of your teeth, it does not move or correct your teeth. We are not able to move teeth or make them straight. Please allow 12-14 business of receiving your impressions to complete the appliance. 

We do not accept refunds, adjustments are to be made if needed.

Jessica, is a awesome person overall! She’s super professional, resourceful, fast responses, & most important she has integrity. The task I gave her was a custom colored hawley retainer that was glow in the dark & she crushed it!! Overall I’m happy with the my retainers she’s doing honest work!! Her work speaks for itself.

Perfect fit & good communication from start to finish. I have tongue thrusting at night which pushes my teeth out. I had one retainer for 20 years until the wire broke from a dental office I worked in. This is the same quality from the impressions to finished product.
